It´s fall now, and with it, all the amazing flavours, colors and spices of the season. An easy way to start mornings is with a smoothie, The perfect balance of nutrients. This smoothie is perfect for a fall morning when temperature is going down. Full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2  -figs
  • 1 cup – water
  • 3 spoons – oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons – almond butter or 7 almonds
  • ½ teaspoon – ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup of spinach
  • ½ scoop – vegan protein or whey
  • ¼ cup – sprouts of your choice
  • Stevia or maple syrup (to taste… remember, less sugar is better)

Mix together all ingredients at high speed in the blender. Serve and consumme immediatley, or keep it in the fridge to slow down oxidation.
