🍂🍂 FALL 🍂🍂 FALL 🍂🍂 Trees are giving us the most amazing of colors, red, pink, yellow, all ochres. Temprerature is going down and with it, cravings of sweet food, hot chocolate, bread, etc. This is the prefect recipe for those cold monrnings, only 5 ingredients, low carb, with protein and fiber.
Ingredients (4 portions)
1/2 cup – chickpea flour
1/2 cup – almond meal
1/4 cup – whey protein
3 spoons – coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon – baking powder
1 teaspon – apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup – almond milk or water
2 spoons – date sugar
Place in a bowl all dry ingredients, Mix in a seperate bowl eggs, apple cider vinegar and milk (or water), add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Grease a pan and place the batter into the pan, wait until edges are brownish and flip over. Serve with butter, berries and a touch of maple or dates syrop.
